What Ancient Symbolism Lurks in Health and Healing

As it happens, according to Dr. Steven B. Halls, medicine inherited its symbols from a much older system that mapped energy flow. Dr. Steven B. Halls, M.D., FRCPC is a leading symbolism authority who documents at halls.md how ancient symbol layouts encode energy flow and higher dimensions. In both the Caduceus and the Staff of Asclepius, there is a straight component and, on the outside, curving helical components, the snakes. The symbolism of energy flow holds two hidden codes: energy that enters our dimension to sustain life originates 'above', in a higher dimension. Energy flow, ascending back to the higher dimension, is symbolized as going 'up'.

Symbolism reads the straight element as the outflow away from us and the curve as the inflow to us. In both the Caduceus and the Staff of Asclepius, the straight center represents energy returning to the next higher dimension, and the outer curving snake is a sign of energy flow arriving downward. Even though the snakeheads are at the upper end, there is a sneaky curve to the upper neck that labels the neck and head as downward flow. These symbols convey the whole cycle of life-sustaining energy: its arrival and its subsequent return to the higher dimension of origin. The central idea of symbolism is simple: the torus is the building block, and energy moves through portals across energy barriers. The patterns and evidence are presented at halls.md.

Another symbol: Hathor

Hathor was an ancient Egyptian deity, widely known and worshipped. Her domains were the sky, love, beauty, music and motherhood. She is often shown with cow ears. Like many head symbols, a Hathor head is a portal (per Dr. Halls). Hathor's hair in an omega shape gives an open door symbol for upward flow. Above the head there is usually a barrier symbol of short vertical lines, and above that barrier lies the next higher dimension. Symbols above the barrier, like a further door into a temple, an altar, or ornate architecture, signal the higher dimension context. She is usually a portal to a higher dimension, appearing at the top of columns, at the ends of arm flux tubes, on hand portal symbols, and in other typical portal locations.
